Ghost Browser is a growing startup and are looking for a technically-leaning individual to help us long-term with some of our growing pains.

Your main responsibility will be handling incoming customer service emails and keep the support portal updated. That will probably take up half of your time. Because we are a start up, we have a lot of other needs too, so we’re looking for someone who is versatile, flexible and wants to contribute in different ways. For a candidate with skills that match our needs outside of support, this could be a full-time job.

You should also be interested in our mission as well, which is to create a better browser for people who work in the web. You can learn more about Ghost Browser on our web site: https://ghostbrowser.com.

  5. Submit weekly or bi-weekly reports to executive and development teams to help us understand what our customers are saying.
  6. Depending on your experience and desire we may have extra tasks such as one of projects, social media management, SEO, research, project management, QA, tutorial videos, creating data reports, slide decks etc.

Required Skills

  1. Type at least 40 words per minute.
  2. Fluent English.
  3. Ability to find answers to technical questions rather than just asking the team for answers. Our product is a web browser and our users are power users so there are a lot of technical questions that come in. A Computer Science or other technical degree or background is a major plus.
  4. Ability to communicate well within a team and with customers.
